Summer Punok Accumulation Camp
The goal of the week-long accumulation training camp is to get the most out of yourself. And trust me, if you go through this five-days long camp, where you leave your best, after wards fully recover for 2-3 days, with the proper nutrition, you will be able to see a huge difference in your performance.

All training units will take place around the city centre in České Budějovice, where you can find many good restaurants. Also, the hotel has very good restaurant OC Mercury offers dining at affordable prices in its food court.

If you are interested, contact us via email: mira.hysek@email.cz no later than 1st June 2025. Please note that the maximum number of participants is 30, so do not hesitate to book your place in time.
Together with the confirmation of participation a non-refundable deposit of 1.000,- Kč must be paid to the club account of TJ Karate České Budějovice and after the payment of the fee a confirmation of payment must be sent to mira.hysek@email.cz.
